3 Complete Registration Form

To Register

  1. Reserve your space
    Fill out the registration form below and make your deposit.
  2. Complete your intake form
    Once your space is reserved, check your email for a link to complete your intake form.
  3. Intake review
    Our intake support team will review your form and may:
    • Confirm your registration
    • Request additional details
    • Schedule an intake call
    • Let you know if our retreat isn’t the right fit at this time (your deposit will be refunded)
  4. Confirmation
    If you’re confirmed, you’ll receive a “Registration Confirmed” email with next steps and retreat preparation information.

Important: Please wait to book flights until you receive your official registration confirmation.

We'll share resources, practices, tools, and knowledge about holistic health, psychedelic science, consciousness, culture, and tips for preparation and integration – but we promise not to overload your inbox.
Your choice here will be used by our booking system for room selection purposes, such as double shared rooms. Please ensure accuracy, especially if you are booking a double shared room as a solo traveler, as the system will auto-assign your roommate based on your gender choice!

Supplementary Products Exclusion: Participants acknowledge and agree that these Fees presented and payable pertain solely to Services and Offerings, and will not include the cost of any plant-medicines or similar products (collectively, "Supplementary Products") which may be provided, offered, or distributed by a Commercial User, or any other party, in connection with Services or Offerings. Retreat Guru shall bear no responsibility or liability in connection with any provision, offering, or distribution of Supplementary Products, and is not a party thereto. All capitalized terms used herein shall carry the same meaning as assigned to them in Retreat Guru's Terms of Service.
If you are registering for other guests, we will send them an email to complete their registration information. Their registration will not be complete until we receive their registration information.

4 Support our Reciprocity Fund

Donations are entirely optional and received with gratitude.

All donations support our scholarship programs, Reciprocity Fund, and eco-initiatives. We pay all donations forward toward supporting Indigenous reciprocity; Amazon, Ayahuasca, and environmental conservation; and scholarships for those who are ready to work with us but lack the financial means to do so. These programs are already active but any additional support is welcomed and appreciated.

5 Reserve Your Space

Payments made through Retreat Guru do not include the cost of: plant medicine, psychedelics or similar products
There is no additional cost for plant medicine.

If you choose the deposit option, a $2,500 deposit (per person) is required electronically to secure your space.

The remainder is due electronically before your retreat, with the final $500 paid on arrival in USD cash (crisp, like‑new bills are best, as older notes are difficult to exchange). This supports our on-site operations, and is greatly appreciated if possible.
